Dear contest participants:

Based on suggestions of some organizing committee members and consideration of different winter vacation periods of various countries, contest office decides that delivery time for contest work will be postponed to March 31, 2007.    

Participants are required to mail a set of CD and paper contest work to CSA; at the same time send electronic version of contest work to csa_heinlein@yahoo.com.cn. CSA should receive all contest works before March 31, 2007.
